great breakfast but limited room amenities

I loved my stay! The hot breakfast was a game changer, and I really enjoyed relaxing by the indoor pool after a long day. Just a tiny thing, but I noticed the soap was a bit out of reach for shorter folks like me. 😄 Pro tip, book in advance to secure your favorite room!

Fantastic Staff and Great Breakfast!

I had a wonderful stay with very welcoming staff during a gymnastics meet. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring delicious sausage and veggie omelets. I just wish they had hashbrowns! Overall, the King Room was spacious and clean, making our visit comfortable.

I thoroughly enjoyed the spacious and welcoming lobby, which was immaculately clean and made it easy to navigate as a senior. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, which I greatly appreciated.

More seating in common areas would be nice.

Welcoming staff, comfortable accommodations. our late-night check-in was made easier by a friendly team that thoughtfully arranged a first-floor suite with excellent furnishings and a very comfortable bed. The complimentary breakfast was a great start to our mornings.

The pool area was well-stocked with towels and very clean, though it was a bit over-chlorinated. The gym was a nice spot to unwind after a long day. Loved the clear communication regarding room adjustments by the hotel staff when my reservation was overbooked. Plus, the convenient location near restaurants and stores made our stay even better!

The staff here were extremely friendly and accommodating. At one point, I needed some basic condiments for my meal and the gentleman at the front desk personally took the time to find what I needed, even though it wasn't his responsibility.

Not exactly budget-friendly, but given the experience it was acceptable.

Great stay with awesome breakfast!

Stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed it! The staff was super friendly and made us feel at home. Loved the hot breakfast every morning. Plus, using Dove products instead of tiny soaps was a nice touch! Just wish the A/C worked better because I woke up sweating a couple times. Oh, and there’s a nice picnic area to chill too!

we had a wonderful stay at holiday inn express & suites, bourbonnais east, bradley. the staff was super welcoming, especially during our late-night check-in. our suite was very nicely furnished, and the complimentary breakfast was simply great! the location is close to restaurants and shopping, which was a bonus. plus, we loved the 24-hour fitness center!

My recent stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Bourbonnais East, Bradley, An Ihg provided an excellent experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming, especially during check-in, and efficiently assisted with all my business needs. The breakfast was enjoyable with fresh options, including sausage and veggie omelets, which set a positive tone for the day. The room was well-furnished and offered a comfortable environment for work and relaxation.

The pool temperature was not ideal, and there was a minor cleanliness issue with the bathroom.
